Rules run automatically only if the cron job is set up: in Hostinger → Advanced → Cron Jobs, run php /home/<user>/domains/ads-creatives.addrawtech.com/public_html/cron_rules.php every 5 minutes. It uses $RULES_CRON_KEY from config.php, or falls back to $NEWSBREAK_CRON_KEY if you only set that one. Without a working cron, rules only run when you press Run due rules now.
